From the time that our new dolls arrive from the doll manufacturer, to the time that we ship them to our customers, they are stored in a smoke-free and de-humidified environment. All of our retired dolls are mint, all original, with handtags attached and in original boxes unless otherwise specifically stated. We do not put dolls on our site unless they pass our inspection process verifying their complete and original condition.
