 
In 1957, Betsy jumped from the pages of McCall’s Magazine into the active hands of her loyal fans as an 8-inch hard plastic doll. Produced by the American Character Doll Company in conjunction with McCall’s, this Betsy was an instant hit as a playtime friend!
In 2000, the Robert Tonner reintroduced 8-inch Betsy McCall® as a high quality doll for play and collecting based on the original Tiny Betsy. 8” Betsy McCall® is made from high quality hard plastic with multiple joints and a newly engineered ‘swing-out’ arm allow for the doll to raise her arms to the sides. Dolls have blinking eyes and wigged, synthetic mohair hair styles. More dolls, trunks, trunk sets and accessories being added soon.
