Helen Kish's collections are always met with great anticipation as her collectors know that she will create something totally new and different each year. She drew the inspiration for her 2006 collection from the magic of children's imaginations. Riley and her friends were shown that year dressed as their favorite 'imaginary' play character. Beginning in 2007 the 7.5" Kish dolls featured newly jointed bodies with eight points of articulation; at the shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. Prior to that year they did not. All of their wigs are beautifully made of fine mohair. Each of the 14" dolls in the 2009 Chrysalis Series has a hand-painted face, vinyl head, injection molded plastic body, 13 points of articulation and either a beautiful mohair wig or rooted hair. Read each doll's description for more details. Their posability adds charm and playability.
