Madame Alexander 21" Cissy Collection - "Cecelia" - LE 69/200 "Cecelia" was exclusively designed for the Bourbon Street Blues Cissy Dinner Event at the 2007 MADC New Orleans Convention. "Cecelia" is a 21 inch articulated, dark-eyed, raven haired Latino beauty dressed to celebrate one of New Orleans' many festivals. She's wearing a bright print dress with a purple background and is lined is fuchsia satin. The midriff is bound in pink velvet and adorned with tiny metal beads.
