Louisa has high quality blonde mohair wig dressed with tiny blue silk roses, hand-painted face with blue eyes and is jointed at neck, shoulders and hips. Includes elegant Victorian trunk covered in linen fabric on the outside with faux leather accents, gold-tone hardware and carrying handle. The inside has a fabric lining; 5 drawers; mirror and space with ribbon ties to hold Louisa. Blue taffeta gown features detailed couture handwork and closes in the back with tiny buttons. Her undergarments include: silky stockings; fine Batiste cotton pantaloons with little tucks and lace; ivory satin petticoat with a smooth front and a multi-tiered and ruffled back to create a slight bustle effect. Ivory heels; tiny pearl earrings; pearl pendant and white sheer opera length gloves complete her outfit.
2nd Drawer: Luxe ivory satin camisole - closes up the front w/tiny buttons; loads of shaping w/expert stitching - Brown leather high-heeled boots; tiny black, round buttons up one side - Ivory leather low heeled mules with decorative satin & tiny blue bows on toes (all still sealed)
3rd Drawer: Dress shown hanging in promo photo. Dress has pale ochre skirt with detailed hand-embroidery & thin brown band running around the bottom; ecru/khaki pinstripe long sleeve top, collar & cuffs edged in lace; tiny buttons down front & attached tie. Silk rose vest with embroidered pink collar is fully lined; closes in front w/gold buttons & is removable.
4th Drawer: Fine natural straw hat with ecru/brown stripe bowed hatband PLUS White full length fine cotton nightgown embellished with hand-embroidery delicate laces - closes in back with tiny buttons
5th Drawer: As all fine ladies of her era, Louisa travels with her own China - Still in sealed box - (shown in 1st photo on shelf under hat behind Louisa's shoulder).
