We ship domestic orders via UPS. During checkout, you can select UPS Ground or an expidiated service if you're in a hurry. Priority Mail is available only for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International shipments (please read the section on International shipping for complete details before placing your order). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico will be charged the actual shipping charge that the Post Office charges us. We do not charge a handling fee but will charge any difference between what shows at check-out and what the Post Office charges us for international orders. We accept international orders with the understanding that the customer agrees to pay the actual USPS shipping charge.
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box. We do offer the following shipping choices:
1. UPS Ground: Shipping is calculated on the order's weight and the customer's zip code. An item's weight is put into hidden code in it's description. When checking out, our system automatically matches your order's weight and zip code to the UPS charge chart. It comes very close to matching the actual shipping charge that UPS will charge us. You can click on the 'shipping times' button in any doll's description to see how many business days your order will be in transit. Keep in mind, these are business days only and weekend and holidays need to be added on to transit time.
If you need your order in a hurry, when you are checking out, you can select an expedited shipping service. You can choose either 3 Day Select - UPS guarantees delivery on the third business day following the date of shipment; 2 Day Air - UPS guarantees delivery on the second business day following the date of shipment and Next Day Air Saver - UPS guarantees delivery the day following shipment.
2. International orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS) - Global Express Mail. International shipments are charged a base insured shipping rate of $43.00. If the actual shipping cost is more than this amount we will charge the difference to your credit card. We do not charge a handling fee. We accept International orders on the basis that the customer will be willing to accept the actual shipping and insurance charges. Customers pay all duty and local taxes required when the item is received.
All shipping charges include insurance.
