New dolls may be returned within three days of receipt within the terms below. You MUST notify us within three days of receipt or we will not be able to accept your return. You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) prior to returning a doll. Any dolls received without a Return Authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to Sender. Sender's card will be charged return shipping. We do not accept returns on Huggums.
All Retired Doll sales are final; all Clearance and Sale items are final; all Artist Doll sales are final and per our Layaway terms, there are no refunds or returns on layaways or on pre-ordered items. No returns are permitted on any of the dolls listed in this section.
Following a satisfactory examination of a returned item (on any factory produced doll listed at regular price), which must be in it's original condition, the credit card that you paid with will be issued the appropriate credit amount. Generally we photograph retired dolls prior to shipment. Customers pay return shipping plus a restocking fee of $20.00 or 15% of purchase price - whichever is higher - per item on all returned items. Please call Customer Service at (650) 563-9258 to obtain a Return Authorization.
We insure all of our shipments to protect you in the event an item is damaged in shipment. If you receive a damaged item please have UPS note this at the time of delivery. Indicate to the UPS driver that you want to file a claim for the damage and notify our Customer service department.
