What if my order is damaged in shipment?

Two Daydreamers ships domestic orders via UPS and we insure all shipments on your behalf for full replacement value. All shipments are FOB Origin, and therefore title of the merchandise passes to the customer at the time of shipment.

We will do everything we can to assist you with your claim but it is your responsibility to notify UPS of the damage upon receipt and to file a claim with UPS. It's a good idea to save all packaging as sometimes UPS will want to inspect it.

International orders shipped via Global Express Mail must notify Two Daydreamers immediately if they receive a damaged shipment. We will start the claim process for you here in the States. The local Post Office that we ship from will then notify the Postal Service in New York City (we know, we know - too many steps but that's how they do it) will then notify the customer. The customer will need to take the claim papers that they're sent to their local Post Office along with the damaged box for the final step. You will need to take in the damaged box along with all the packing materials. Do not throw anything away or it could nullify your claim.
