Unless otherwise noted, all items on the Two Daydreamers website are in stock and available for immediate shipment. This means that most items usually ship the first business day following our receipt of your order. We set a 2-3 day shipping expectation, but 90% of the time we ship the next business day. Our website is updated as orders are processed to reflect any out-of-stock items. This means the inventory you see on the site is current within the last 1-2 orders.
All new dolls and other items with an asterisk "*" next to the doll name are in stock. If the asterisk is missing, the manufacturer estimated ship date is noted in the text. If a retired doll is on the site, it is in stock.
We acknowledge the receipt of all orders. You will receive an e-mail with your UPS tracking number the day that your order is shipped. Unless a customer specifies an expedited mode of shipping, we ship UPS Ground. UPS Ground normally takes 5 business days for delivery. Please check the 'shipping time' button in any doll's description to see exactly how many business days your order will be in transit.
